The Udder Way Artisan Cheese Co.
The lush, rolling pastures of our home region provide the nutrient-dense grasses that fuel our Guernsey and Holstein herds, directly shaping the rich, buttery profile of our signature A2 protein milk. By anchoring our production in this specific Canadian agricultural landscape, we ensure that every wheel of cheese and every batch of gelato we craft carries the unmistakable terroir of our local soil. This commitment to local, high-quality sourcing is the foundation of our award-winning process, marrying deep-rooted Canadian traditions with the innovative science of A2 protein production.
Our dedication to quality is best expressed through our acclaimed Oveja Negra sheep milk cheese, which earned the “Super Gold” and “Best Canadian Cheese” distinctions at the World Cheese Awards. Beyond our savoury offerings, we invite you to experience our artisan gelato—a testament to how clean, A2-source ingredients can transform a classic indulgence into a sophisticated, digestive-friendly treat. Whether you are savouring the depth of our aged cheddars or the bright, creamy notes of our wild blueberry gelato, you are tasting the intersection of ancestral craft and modern health-conscious innovation.
