By utilizing fresh, unpasteurized whole milk from our own herd of Holstein cows—milked just 100 feet from our production facility—we ensure that every wheel reflects the purity of our land. Guided by the expertise of Master Cheese Maker Ramon Eberle, we employ time-honoured techniques reminiscent of the mountain dairies of Switzerland, creating award-winning, alpine-style cheeses that are as natural as they are delicious.
