Malty & Hoppy Delicacy is a Toronto-based artisanal preserves company transforming Ontario craft beer and cider into refined, low-sugar jams, savoury spreads, mustards, and pickled mustard seeds. Rooted in French culinary tradition, our products are designed specifically for cheese and charcuterie pairing—balancing fruit, acidity, bitterness, and umami to complement both soft and aged cheeses. Many creations are award-winning at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and feature local fruit, small-batch brewing, and unexpected ingredients such as black garlic or coffee. We create preserves as gastronomic condiments—where beer meets cheese.
