Founded by Maria and Michael, Kinsip is a family-run distillery built on a rich heritage of artisanal craft. Maria’s deep family history of distilling in Bulgaria, combined with Michael’s passion for the historic County farm, informs an innovative yet deeply respectful approach to spirit-making. This collaboration shines in spirits like our signature Juniper’s Wit Old Tom Gin, which infuses locally foraged sumac and wild botanicals to deliver a beautifully balanced, historic profile.
