Nestled on a quiet, picturesque plot of land just minutes from Main Street Picton in Prince Edward County, The Elmbrook Farm is the realization of a shared dream to return to the land and cultivate deep, meaningful roots. Founded in 2019 by Rob, who grew up tending a hobby farm in Wellington, and Marie, who brought her sharp project management expertise from the corporate world of Toronto, this exceptional farmstead represents a perfect harmony of agricultural heritage and modern dedication. With their loyal Bernese Mountain Dogs by their side, Rob and Marie poured immense effort into restoring and transitioning their soil, utilizing high-intensity, low-tillage methods to yield food that is as pure as it is delicious.

At the Great Canadian Cheese Festival, Elmbrook Farm showcases the very best of their hand-scaled bakery and greenhouse. Visitors will experience the exceptional depth of their Artisanal Sourdough, highlighted by their luxurious Croissant Sourdough Bread, which boasts an exquisite balance of buttery lamination and slow-fermented tang. Alongside these hand-shaped loaves, they will be presenting their vibrant, nutrient-dense microgreens. From the delicate, peppery notes of their Confetti Mix to the sweet, robust crunch of their Sunflower microgreens, these fresh harvests are meticulously cultivated to bring an elevated, concentrated flavour to any culinary creation.
