Welcome to Carolina’s Colombia
Carolina’s Colombia a company created from a shared love and passion for the Colombian culture by its owners Ralf Pohlak and Carolina Orduz.
Ralf is a native of Ontario, Canada, and Carolina is originally from Bucaramanga, Colombia now living in Canada. With Carolina’s Colombia they are dedicated to sharing the beauty and flavours of Colombia by importing some of the finest products Colombia has to offer such as coffee beans from their own farm as well as from a growing list of other Colombian coffee growers.

At The Great Canadians Cheese Festival we will offer:
- Small free samples of a rotation of special varietals/processes. Come back every hour to try a new one!
- 12oz cups of delicious Carolinas Colombia coffee (for this event 100% from our own farm) to buy; $3.00 served as you like, with regular and oat dairy options to drink as you shop etc
- 1 lb bags of our farm coffee will be available $20/lb on a few different roast levels. We will be able to do custom grinds on the spot.
- We strive to be a very good and economical everyday coffee
- Over the years we have found special microlots rare varietals to experience, samples will be available, done by pour over for best flavour.
- These rare Varietals will be available in 1/2lb sizes at $15 each.
