Born from a quintessential Canadian dream—a hot summer day spent dockside with good company—we have evolved into a premier destination for craft beer enthusiasts. We believe that true quality lies in simplicity, brewing small-batch, artisanal beers designed specifically to be shared amongst friends. From our humble beginnings in 2017 to our expansive, state-of-the-art facility, our mission remains unchanged: to craft exceptional, flavour-forward brews that capture the spirit of cottage country.

The Craft Behind the Can

Our commitment to the craft is evident in every pint. With a dedicated team of brewers working five days a week, we push the boundaries of traditional brewing to bring you a diverse lineup of styles. Our onsite production facility, equipped with eight specialized tanks and two fermenters, allows us to maintain meticulous control over the brewing process. Whether it is our signature Cottage Lager, the crisp and balanced Common Loon Pale Ale, or our decadently rich Starry Night Chocolate Stout, every beer is a celebration of quality ingredients and precise technique.
