At Boards Gone Wild, I offer a unique, experience-driven take on charcuterie, where local cheese is the star of the show. My charcuterie cups, boxes, and kits are sassy, savoury, and just a little wild, designed to celebrate and showcase the incredible variety of Canadian cheeses featured at the festival.
Using locally sourced cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables, and seasonal fruit, everything is prepared for a grab-and-go experience – perfect for munching and mingling while exploring the festival.
