📅 Room Block Details
A block of 12 rooms has been set aside for vendors:
8 ground floor rooms with 2 double beds
4 second floor rooms with 2 queen beds

If these rooms sell out, additional rooms may be added based on availability.

EMT (electronic money transfer) sent to info@countymarkets.ca.
EMT transfers must be made 30 days ahead of the event Should a vendor withdraw from the event 20 days previous to the event, a 50% refund will be issued
Should a vendor withdraw 10 days before the event, they will forfeit their booth fee
A vendor is forfeited from participating at the event if payment has not been made 10 days before the event
