Whether she is acting as a retail category consultant or a judge at competitions, Roxanne’s work is dedicated to elevating the status of Canadian artisan cheese in the global marketplace.
Mark Bower
While living abroad in South Korea it made him appreciate the balance, fermentation, and the cultural stories behind food and drink.
He loves writing about food, alcohol, and music pairings. I am often most inspired by jazz, exploring how flavour, aroma, and sound interact to create memorable sensory experiences.
Along with being an avid homebrewer of beer and cider, he continually experiments with fermentation and flavour profiles.
Whether through a structured tasting or a relaxed, story-driven evening, he likes making whisky and cheese approachable, engaging, and thoughtfully paired.
